    For your protection the e-mail address has been removed, we are a public board.

    During the purchase, Avira automatically creates an account with the email address you used during the purchase. The license will also be automatically activated under this account.

    The same thing has happened to me. For the past two years £38.99 has come out of my account for nothing. Have contacted Cleverbridge and am still awaiting a refund.
