    Hello Hannah,

    Unfortunately we don't support Avira Vault anymore.

    Therefore, you can only use this service if it was already installed on your device before.

    If you use a different device it won't work at all.

    Should you try to login on an existing device and still get this error please let me know.

    Since there is a notification about your credentials I still think that your Avira Vault was used with another account (E-Mailaddress)

    Please make sure you use the same credentials as when you set up your account.

    It was working great on my old phone, but I can’t login on my new one. It doesn’t give me a place to enter my email; however I know it was registered to my current email. Is there no way to recover it just to retrieve my passwords?

    When I signed up ~ 1 yr ago I entered a PW vault password. Was told not accepted but now won't let me enter a new PW. On the PWV Dashboard to change it( even though I realize I will loose all stored PWs) because I'm asked to enter old PW. Since it doesn't accept my old PW won't let me enter new PW.
