Avira Phantom VPN unsubscription

Hello!

I recently activated Avira Phantom Vpn  on my phone by the free trial week, because I need it during a travel, but I want to unsubscribe now from that version. Unfortunately, nor the app on the phone or when I log in the web page with my laptop allow me to do it. Can you help me?

  Well, if you purchased it via an app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) you need to cancel your subscription there:
