Configuring Threat Categories

There are no check-boxes displayed next to the list of threat categories so it is impossible to select any of them!!! (Unless you choose Select All or Default.) The page help suggests that there should be check-boxes.
Previous versions of the software provided check-boxes next to the list of threat categories -- where have they gone?
