Did not receive sms verification
TerminéeI am using a paid-for consumer product. I have opted in for the 2 step verification thing as you can see from the below attached picture. I have successfully verified my phone (1/3/2020). But today (7/3/2020) when i tried to sign in to my avira account, I DID NOT GET ANY VERIFICATION NUMBER.

Furthermore, i cannot contact avira via this link https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us, because it force me to login to my account when i clicked on the "contact us here" button. I CANNOT LOGIN NOW BECAUSE I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SMS VERIFICATION CODE!
PLEASE IMPROVE AVIRA CUSTOMER SUPPORT, BY AT LEAST PUTTING AVIRA CONTACT EMAIL AT YOUR WEBSITE! I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CONTACT AVIRA VIA FACEBOOK AND THIS FORUM.
PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE ASAP.
I NEED TO ACCESS TO MY AVIRA PASSWORD MANAGER.

This is the same issue as me. Avira support makes it hard to reach them and not cooperate well about this matter. I used to advise people to use Avira products but I guess I will have a second thought!
