    Hello Francesco,

    The community is a publicly accessible forum, we have no access to your Avira customer account.

    The license is activated on the customer account with the e-mail address used at the time of purchase.

    If you do not find any subscriptions in your account, it probably means that you are not logged in with the email address you used to receive the invoice. Avira has 2 email addresses in your customer account.

    Is it an automatic license renewal, was it paid with PayPal, was it purchased from the Apple Store? With this information we will tell you how to proceed, without -  it is difficult to find the error.
