what about this:Avira Prime (max. 5 devices) on 3/28/2020 for €63.95, Ref. # 216781197#the card authorized,i paid this amount but i received nothing.How can download and install this product?i do not believe that i lost my subscription .

  If you do not find any subscriptions in your account, it probably means that you are not logged in with the email address you used to receive the invoice. Avira has several email addresses in your account.
