Quarantine: Error! cannot delete item

I'm on a MacPro macOS Catalina Version 10.15.4.

There are 152 files in avira quarantine. All of the similar path:

• /private/var/folders/5r/pryvf6b93tx1651r89dtflcw0000gn/T/com.microsoft.Outlook/Outlook Temp/kclB-246746623[HG2l]
• /private/var/folders/5r/pryvf6b93tx1651r89dtflcw0000gn/T/com.microsoft.Outlook/Outlook Temp/kclB-1918415556[eEqs]

When trying to delete them and enter my macOs password I get the message: "Error! cannot delete item"

The advice to stop the application, in that case Microsoft Outlook, did not help. This came from a similar post of avira support.

And there is some mechanism that those quarantine items are produced all the time. I've already truned off the notifications.

So the danger is to overlook dangerous items.

  In addition it seems to make MS Outlook not to work properly. But this is only a suspicion.

  As holder of a license you can still reach the Avira support team from your Avira customer account https://my.avira.com on the left side via SUPPORT.

  The support team has technical possibilities for further investigations, to which we have no access here (user2user Forum).
