    In addition it seems to make MS Outlook not to work properly. But this is only a suspicion.

    As holder of a license you can still reach the Avira support team from your Avira customer account https://my.avira.com on the left side via SUPPORT.

    The support team has technical possibilities for further investigations, to which we have no access here (user2user Forum).
