When I signed up for Avira Prime for 2 years, I thought Avira would also have this product for the Linex Operating system. My bad for not looking close enough at the systems supported. I would very much like to see this product for the Linex Operating System.

So far, I like the Windows Avira product. My question is:

Is there any chance that a Linex version will be developed in the near future?

I have an old LapTop computer that does not handle Windows 10 very good. Too many problems with the speed and reliability of the Windows 10 Operating system on the LapTop forced me to wipe the computer and install the Linex OS. Now that LapTop runs well and you can hardly tell that it is (old with a Celeron processor). I would really like to see a good and robust Security Product for the Linex OS.

Am I wishing for something that will never happen? Is it possible to port Avira programs to Linex?

  Well, sadly we haven't any Avira version for Unix/ Linux based operating systems like Linex OS. Also, there aren't any plans for developing. 

  In this case, we cannot provide you a solution, we're really sorry about that.
