IPSec traffic is blocked

Hello,

I registered my account but, when I start the free vpn MAc OS X answer with the message in the title: IPSec Traffic is blocked.

Could you help me?

  IPSec might be not be enabled / allowed in your network configuration. Check if you can enable the following ports & protocols on your router:

  UDP: 500, 4500
  IP-Protocol: ESP
  TCP-Port: 10000

  In your router configuration, look for something to enable "IpSec passthrough" or similar. It'll usually be glommed in with NAT or port forwarding settings.
