Today I received my computer after been changed the hard disk.

I could not recover the old data, then is considering as a new computer.

I bought a licence on 2019 2 years 3 computers/users "Avira PRO", but in my account I have "NO LICENCES ACTIVATED" in my 3 users.

The reference licence number is:

Hello Rocco,

Please make sure that you've logged in with the same credentials in which your purchase was sent. Only within this account your licenses are stored and can be used to install your valid license.

hello sir , i can not activate antivirus pro .it was two years old, but now i install Avira . my Activation code is QFZZZ-ZZZVF-UZE6F-J67A6-H66VE. please help about it. Thank you

We regret to inform you that licenses purchased from Avira online store do not use activation code for a long time.
If you still have the proof of purchase for this license, please contact the reseller who sold you this license.

Every subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which has been assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase for quite some time and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.

Unfortunately, we cannot help you, what is important is the proof of purchase for this license. This proves when the license was purchased and from which reseller it was purchased.
