Avira initialization in progress : start very slow

Hello

i have the same issue on several computer , windows 10 and 7

almost every time i install avira, antivirus only, I have a slow start of windows,

windows launches very well, and the desktop appears quickly but not avira

there is just a network which is on hold and it is unlocked as soon as avira has finished starting up ... during the time when the network is on hold, the avira icon indicates "initialization in progress"

as soon as it is finished, everything works perfectly, but before the initialization of avira takes about 1 to 2 minutes

I redid clean installations of avira, the problem persists
windows defender is not active

I have seen several posts from other users who report this problem but no one provides a solution
