Hi I took out an avira subscription. I use it on a different pc since my licence  for kaspersky is still in force on this pc. I pay £8,99 a month. I login to my account on the internet from this pc but see no product asscoaited with my account. If i am going to uninstall kaspersky and download avira what do i need to do

  Hello Paul,

  Unfortunately, you have not specified the Avira version, but it is probably the Avira PRIME version with a monthly license, purchased in the Avira Online shop.

  Please remove Kaspersky and make sure that no remains are left behind.
  Kaspersky:  https://support.kaspersky.com/common/uninstall 

  After a restart - please register and log in to your Avira customer account at https://my.avira.com  with the email address you used when making your purchase.
  The license will be activated on the customer account with the email address used during the purchase.

  Your license should be displayed at: https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans

  Hi, I set it up on my daughter's pc and used her email address <E-Mail removed>, because she was moving out.I pay the monthly fee but want to replace kaspersky on my pc with avira. I can't log in to the account to be able to download avira and also change the payment method. Yes it is Avira prime
