Didn't receive an email for activation of pro after paying in the store
TerminéeHere is the first email I received after paying for pro, but I didn't receive a second email.
"We have received your order and it is undergoing normal, manual processing, which will be completed within the next hour. In exceptional cases, the process may last longer.
Nonetheless, upon completion of the manual processing, you will receive an email with further information about your order. Please do not place another order until you have received a confirmation email from us about this order or you may be billed twice.
Thank you for your patience and understanding."
Please help me activate my pro!!

- Where did you place the order, in the Avira Online Shop?
- Which Avira version was ordered?
- Was "PayPal" used for payment?
- When did you order the license?
- When was the first email sent to you?
- Was the order confirmation sent by Avira?

Hallo! I have the same problem: I placed the oreder yesterday (avira pro for on microsoft store Month) on Microsoft Store, my credit card was charged, but I get no activation. I have an order number on microsoft store, but no confirmation from avira. Could you please help me? Thanks in advance

I bought Avira VPN PRO THROUGH APPLE STORE ON 2020-04-06 (ONE YEAR) (Dealer: 7HXXX 9XXX). Can't use pro version on my second Mac. Is there a licence number...How to find it?

If you purchased your license from the Apple Retail Store, it should be in your Apple account. If the license was purchased for multiple devices, the license number should be there. Please check your activated licenses under subscription in your Avira customer account: https://my.avira.com

You have declared, that you purchased your license from the Windows Store.
Avira has no documents of your purchase process with Windows. If something went wrong, please contact the seller. Didn't you receive any instructions or description of your purchase? You have an order number with which you can ask for information about the process and where the license number for the installation is stored. Did you pay with PayPal?One more request: please create a separate topic for your request in the future, so that we can help you accordingly and don't lose track. Thank you very much already.
