Automatical renewal on a subscription that I cancelled at least a year ago
TerminéeSo i just cheked my bank account and it said money has been taken from Avira Antivirus which is strange because i canceld it like a year ago.
When i go to the support page and press support for home it says
"Unfortunately, as a user without a license, you are not authorized to make a support request"
so how do i fix this?

Please log in to your customer account at https://my.avira.com IMPORTANT: Please include the address with which the invoice was sent to you. If you paid with PayPal, please note the address of the invoice.
The license will always be activated automatically to the account with which the license was purchased. If you don't find any subscriptions in your account, it means that you are not logged in with the email address you used to receive the invoice. The Avira customer account contains 2 email addresses!
