    Hello nikolasmithwork,

    Please log in with the email address in your Avira customer account with which you ordered the license. If a license does not appear in your customer account, this means that you are not logged in with the correct email address.
    If you are logged in with the correct email address, you can also contact the support team directly as a premium customer with a valid license. When you made the payment, you have received a reference number or transaction ID, right? The address with which Avira sent you the invoice is the correct address.
    We cannot make refunds, public forum. Here are the instructions for refunding, which only you can do yourself:
