I accidentally happened to order 3 subscriptions  Avira Prime at the same time. as in invoice CB-30-13936441, CB-30-13936366 and a free test. Can yoy please credit one of the invoices and  the test 30 days for free . Can you please credit one of the invoices and take the test for free away. I only want to have one Avira Prime subscrption.

  Hello Johan,

  The accidentally double ordered license can be corrected.
  The invoice can be credited. The 30 days license is not indicated with a monetary amount. It can be used by anyone -  you can uninstall it.

  The refund cannot be initiated here in the public community. Basic data protection regulation DSGVO.
