    Hello,

    we've had a temporary issue with the Password Manager Platform yesterday evening between 8pm and 9pm. (GMT+1)

    This issue impacted:

    • Web dashboard loading
    • Logins on all platform.

    This was only a technical issue on our side.

    The issue has already been fixed.

    I have the same problem...

    I don't even noticed about this error till i needed to re-login in the Avira APM for Opera, i've tried to login by Chrome, Firefox or Opera( normal and GX) without any result, the same error keeps there... .

    I would like know what's happening.

    Because,

    i know my credentials to login very well.

    P.S. Even in browsers of my phone, it doesn't work. Just the application for smartphone works.

    It might be fixed, I am now able to enter my master password

    I am not able to enter my new Master password.  It just change the screen for 50 mS and then back to the login.    Whats wrong now?
