    Sadly, if you won’t provide any further information like your used macOS version it’s quite difficult to analyze this behavior. As you want to delete it, please perform this steps:

    Domink, it appears that many people are having this issue.  Several have provided screen shots as well as which version of Mac OS we're running.  Why isn't Avira addressing this issue?  I'm tired of seeing the "Finish setting up Avira Antivirus" in the upper corner of my screen.  Seems that most people with this problem are running Mojave Version 10.14.6
