How to remove remove files from ignore/exceptions lists?

How do I remove files from the ignore/exceptions list on Windows 10?

I have restored a file from quarantine that I want to delete now. I have tried to force delete the file as an admin using Command Prop but it doesn't work. It says that I don't have the permission to do so. I have tried to suspend it through the Task Manager but it's not listed there. Can someone help me out?

  Hello,

  I was checking with one of our specialists on this case and we found a pretty easy solution for you.

  So you can either reboot your device which removes the lock on the file automatically.

  Or you can remove the exeption, get the file quarantined again and delete it directly out of the quarantine without restoring it.

   

  I hope this helps you as we could fix a recreated issue with it on our own.
