Cannot uninstall Avira and some strange components?

Hi as the title suggest, I've tried uninstalling Avira but I still have remnants lingering.

Please see this screenshot:

And what happens when i try to uninstall any of these:

Not only this but if I navigate to the folders in question, it will NOT let me delete them as they are in use in another window.

Can you please advise me how to get rid of these?
