where are the avira settings?

Hello! I need to make changes to the settings, but I can't find this window!
The interface of my antivirus program looks like this.
У меня есть только функции изменения языка в настройках.
I don't understand how I can access the General settings and security section.

Hello,
you can still access those settings if you go to Security > Protection Options. Click on any cogwheel and you will see the settings window again.

unfortunately all I can see in Protection Options is the language option as shown at picture above :(

I was searching this button couple years after update to new UI. This is very unfriendly. Also in Russian Protection Options sounds not right (Функции Защиты = Protection Functions).
I hope you move this button back on top menu like it was couple years ago.0
