Hello, I have installed avira Prime. When I run detection of obsolete drivers its running for hours and it's finalizing .... and nothing happens. When I run Avira softeupdater pro ... for the detection of the drivers it writes: error of connection to the database, check your internet connection ... however I am well connected to the internet

  • What's the exact version number of Avira Prime that you are using?
  • Which Operating System do you use?
