How to remove an exception?

Hi!

I had recently had a file quarantined and luke firewalker went on, and I enabled an exception for that file. I would now like to remove said exception from this file, but can not figure out how. All tutorials show a 'gear' settings button that has more settings than i do, mine simply has the language setting. How do i remedy this?
