Smart scan keeps saying Outdated apps....

This annoying smart scan keeps telling me i have outdated apps... Its a Shame their Not.So how do i stop it or turn it off?

  on the windows side I get vlc media player saying current version is 3.0.11 and new version is 3.0.11 (the same). It also list windows 10 home, with no version yet microsoft update says I am up to date.

  now its saying i have 5 outdated Apps   Hahahahahaha   recommends almost Daily to install an older versions ?!?!?!  Doesnt give me much Hope in Avira Anymore.. After years,think i find something else..
