how to secure a web site as opposed to a device?

I have a web site http://jerryrosspittore.com that, whenever I browse there on the web, says that site is not secure.  The site in hosted by Avahost.com. Is there anyway that I can use your service to secure that web site?

  Hi Jerry,

  what you want to do is to redirect all your traffic to "https://jerryrosspittore.com/" instead of the normal "http://" version. 

  I found something in the knowledge base of avahost:

  https://secure.avahost.net/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase/999163/How-to-use-https-protocol-SSL-on-my-website-secure-https-oror.html
