Problem importing a Password Mgr file exported from Norton.

Hi,

I've gone through the steps to import a password mgr file I exported from Norton as I let my subscription expire. I filled in the column header fields required and everything seems to be working - I can see the proper fields being imported as Avira works. But it never ends. The 2 boxes at the bottom of the window continue to spin. It's as if it's still importing but as far as I can see, it should be done. I should note that when I exported, I specified a data file but not CSV. I contacted Norton for a do-over but no dice - wouldn't help. As I said, Avira seems to be handling the import of the data file but doesn't end. Any help you can provide would be most appreciated?
