Locked out of my Laptop after installing Privacy Pal
TerminéeI have been locked out of my laptop which was associated with this account after installing privacy pal and enhancing the settings. On restarting the laptop I find myself locked out requesting login details for 'Other User' I have tried both methods at start up using Microsoft Account and Domain password I cannot access my computer Desktop. I have important and personal files on my computer. I have had to purchase a new laptop and download some on my remaining files from cloud storage. I can see other users have experienced this problem too and doesn't exactly inspire confidence in Avira products. Perhaps you can advise. Thank you.
