Subscription
TerminéeMy Apple ID shows I have a valid subscription but iPad and iPhone app are not recognizing the subscription. Wants me to sign up for new trial.

If you purchased your licence from Apple at the App Store, the licence will be deposited in your Apple customer account.
Please contact Apple to find out why the subscriptions from iPad and iPhone are not recognised in your Apple account.
Avira is not able to contact your Apple account, nor is it possible for Apple to contact your Avira account.What do you mean by "register new trial version"?
You can create an account with Avira on your iPad or iPhone and order and set up Avira licenses or trial versions from the Avira online shop https://www.avira.com/Best regards and a nice weekend
