Not so happy with Avira
I would like to warn you that there is a bug on the Avira VPN when the PC goes to sleep and that much later I start the end of sleep, the VPN freezes and gives a sort of "unknown problem" message etc. etc. So I restart the VPN and it works fine again. Hmm ...
Otherwise, I am furious because apparently your anti-virus has let pass virus which has terribly slowed down my PC. Fortunately after a scan with the free ADWCLEANER software I restarted and everything returned to normal ... Something else I have been a customer with you for a while and I hate this way of making us pay more and more for something that should be included in the basic version and in the price. For example "Prime" What is this? Also for not complete cleaning in my version. Even the VPN should be included in the base price. Do you intend to add some like Prime II for X $ more, Prime the magnificent for X $ more, Prime i will be back for X $ more etc etc etc etc. Remember that you do not aren't the cheapest and maybe not the best. Hello Sylvain,
well this doesn't sound too much like a bug. When the PC goes to sleep mode, the connections aborts or rather goes to inactive - which also makes a VPN connection abort. This might result in a freeze, as the software was not shut down properly.Regarding the passed virus, I can't really take a stand without knowing details. You can always submit a file to our virus lab to check what it is about: https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001163189-How-do-I-submit-suspicious-files-and-URLs-to-Avira-Virus-Lab-
Best regards
