Hello

My Avira Prime does not laumch the optimizer option in my computer. I re.instaleed the system with no results..Please help

  Without further details we can not help you with your problem.

  • Which BS is installed on your system, up-to-date with all updates?
  • Do the other apps of the Prime version work?
  • Do you get an error message?
  • Did you perform a manual reinstallation?
