avira phantom vpn

hi guys anybody can help me i got avira phantom vpn pro yesterday and its working on my phone but other devices are not seeing it. i cant use it as pro and its calling for purchase again. how to do to be recognized in all of my devices some are android some are windows please help me

  • Where did you buy the license, in the Avira online shop
  • What is displayed in your customer account under subscription
  • How did you proceed with the installation.
