I purchased Avira Prime via the antivirus application
TerminéeI purchased it and provided my card details, it said I made a good choice and then I still don't see my account upgraded in the website neither the app. Is this normal? Does it really take time?

It would be nice and helpful for us if you could tell us the Avira Prime you bought - where, in the Avira Online Shop?
When you purchase in the Avira Online Shop, the license is immediately linked to the email address and the license is activated directly on the customer account with the email address used during the purchase. The Avira License is immediately activated in your customer account and should be displayed when you log in with the email address used during the purchase.Please have a look at the following instructions Avira Prime:

If nothing is displayed in your customer account, then you are not registered with the correct email address at Avira.
If you paid with PayPal, was the delivery address used?
