Prime Avira switches to Free version
Hello Avira support team!
For more than a month now, I have been expecting help from you, any assistance or effective advice. However, all this time I receive from you the same type of questions and standard solutions that do not work for me. More than a month ago I was asked to collect data from my computer (Support Collector for the analysis) using your avira_support_collector program. I had made it and sent all data to AVIRA. After that I did not receive any response about the results. After my further requests, in a couple of weeks, I again received the same request using the same program to collect data and send it back to the support center. I made it and sent back the requested data file. A week has passed, but I am still waiting for the answer.
Think that a month is quite enough time to deal with the issue and at least get closer to solving it. At least, admit that, for this or another reason, AVIRA team is not able to solve the problem. Tell me this directly and then I would no longer bother you with my questions.
However, until now I have not received any clear answer from AVIRA.
I would like to hope that Avira has competent specialists, to whom I address with a request to give me at least some intelligible answer on the issue I have.
