Can't locate Avira Pro on my Windows 10 while I previously used it on Windows 7?
TerminéeI upgraded my Windows 7 to Windows 10.I had an Avira Pro licence on Windows 7. I however cannot access it on my Windows 10. It appears to still be on my computer but I cannot access it. How do I find it on my computer?

You can also install your license on Win 10 and continue using it. Is the old device still in use or do you have a license for multiple devices? Otherwise you can log it off.
Please log in to your customer account https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home important, with the e-mail address you used to purchase the license, with the access data you have used so far.
Under Subscriptions https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans your license will be displayed and you can install already activated licenses from here, follow the instructions, see the illustrated instructions:
