problems entering Dashlane after installing Avira

After installing Avira free, Dashlane will not accept my master password despite entering correct email address.

- Which operating system is installed?
- Did you reinstall Avira Free Security?
- Did you remove the old version before - which one?
- Did you protect the password manager before?
- Please describe the exact procedure of the new installation.
