    Did you follow these instructions for activation?

    If so, then the activation should work.


    If it does not, the retailer would have to use your proof of purchase to ensure that the product is in perfect condition.
    Often older products are delivered with special prices, but the dealer can inform you about this.
    We have no documents about your purchase here. If the license is purchased in the Avira online shop, it is immediately activated in the customer account and can be installed directly.

    Customers of the Premium Version with a valid license can contact the support team directly, i.e. if you have an activated license at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/support/tabs/support 

    Without a valid licence the support team cannot be reached via your customer account.
    Unfortunately we cannot provide any other information. Perhaps your dealer can clarify everything.
