    Hello Bruce,

    To understand your request, please name the operating systems of the devices
    we cannot see here which OS is installed on the 2nd device.

    On which operating system has the licence been activated? From there you can add more devices.
    See the instructions for installing Prime on each operating system.

    Please describe precise and also your procedure, e.g. at iOS, downloaded there and then activated (important) from the device or sent from the installed version to the additional device/operating system?
