I canceled the subscription, yet Avira keeps trying to take my money for a new subscription

I couldn't find an answer to my specific problem, or a way to contact someone directly.
I canceled my subscription BEFORE the trial period expired, and yet Avira keeps trying to take my money every day and I keep being spammed on my e-mail about it. I am now afraid to even put money on the card because it might get taken by Avira.
No active subscription on my account.
I need help with this!

- You get a payment request every day?
- Do you get a notification about this demand - HOW?
- By whom is this payment notice issued daily?
- Do you have an invoice number?
- On a request for payment is usually a description - product?
- To which e-mail address was the invoice sent?
