Avira PWM on IOS NEVER logging in with Prime account + error 401 afterwards.

Hello, everyone! Today's post is regarding PWM on IOS (iPhone XR, latest app and IOS). Canadian Region.
Ever since downloading PWM to my iPhone months ago, I have NEVER been able to log into my Avira account. Every time I try to log in, it comes back saying there's a 501 error. After a few attempts, it then switches to a 401 error and says to contact support. (I did, over the week and a bit ago, they still have no idea what's going on, wondering if anyone else has or is experiencing it?
PWM works 100% with my iPad, Mac, and PC. Just my iPhone app is not working, and never has. I've tried everything from different wifi's, using LTE, VPN is off, tried app and phone restarts and reinstalls, changing my account password and even turning off F2A for a bit to see if that solved it? Still to avail.
Sucks and frustrating to be locked out of a good product. I DO have prime, and have been a member for years. Never had a problem like this before. Still no word from support on what it could be. :(
