Reinstallation on MacOS impossible

Followed all the steps in the installation process but the very last one keeps sending me back to Security & Privacy in the system preferences. No active antivirus process running... The umbrella keeps appearing in black color with a red dot on it in the menu bar icons. When I click on it, it just says 'continu' which sends me back to the final intallation step that doesn't progress anymore.

  mac os 11 big sur 11.0.1(intel)

  avira security for mac(updated version)

  When I finished all installation steps, it will ask me to set the permission of the security and privacy. After enter the security password, mac will ask me to restart the mac.  After restart, the security and privacy appear, but nothing need to set permission.  Then I can't go to the next step.  Thanks
