    Hello Avira Customer,

    If you purchased the license in the Avira online shop, the license will be linked to the customer account and the email address used for the purchase - immediately after payment.
    Please log in https://my.avira.com/de/auth/login   with this e-mail address in your customer account under https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans  where the license will be displayed and you can install it immediately.
    If your license is not displayed, please check the e-mail address you used to register.
