    Hello Fabio,

    Did you follow the instructions:
    https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013744377-Installation-of-Avira-Security-for-Mac

Please make sure, you've downloaded the latest version:

    https://www.avira.com/en/free-security

With an active Avira license, please log in after completing the installation.

If anything is still unclear, please let us know, we are happy to help.

Many greetings and a wonderful pre-Christmas time

Same problem here, can’t even find where to log in because I got stuck in the “allowing” part. There is no allow button to click on so I can’t get Avira running and log in...

If you use the installation file from the free version of Avira, the problem should not occur. Had the same problem reinstalling Avira. Only using the free installation file helped!

and where would I find the installation file from the free version? Sorry, a bit lost. My iMac Big Sur allowed me to Allow. Why not my laptop?
