Avira does not detect that I am premium

My problem is that my resident Avira in my Hp laptop does not detects I am a prime user as the web knows.
After uninstall and install Avira again the problem persists.
This only happens with the laptop. Two more PC works fine.
Windows 10 is the OS I use.

Please describe exactly how you proceeded with the installation on the laptop.
Which operating system is installed on the laptop? Also WIN 10?Did you follow these instructions?

Hello Irina,
Unfortunately, following your steps from the first to the last, the problem remains exactly the same. I have tried it twice with the same result.Perhaps a clue is that after installing Avira, the program opens automatically, the word prime appears and Avira works fine. I can look for duplicates, optimize start-up and use the other functionalities but, if I close the window or restart the PC, it no longer detects the prime version and it hangs.Thanks for your interest.Javier Oter0
