    • What does the company that made the transfer answer?
    • Which Avira product is it?
    • Have you received information from Avira about the receipt of payment?

    Avira only has information about the licenses purchased in the Avira Online Shop with the corresponding payment data.

    Please try to contact the payment recipient, only he knows where the money has been transferred to and can comment on how you can access your purchased license.
