I paid a 3year subsciption
RéponduI paid a 3year subsciption through NODES TECNOLOGIA E SISTEMAS in Brazil on december 3rd 2020. I thought my account in AVIRA was complete. But trying to log on it doesnt exist....
Made a new account but I´m not able to reach paiment or down loading, and the offer I bought is not on website animore on december 7th

- Do you have documents about the payment process?
- What does the company that made the transfer answer?
- Which Avira product is it?
- Have you received information from Avira about the receipt of payment?
Avira only has information about the licenses purchased in the Avira Online Shop with the corresponding payment data.
Please try to contact the payment recipient, only he knows where the money has been transferred to and can comment on how you can access your purchased license.
