I'm unable to complete my subscription

I'm trying to subscribe to a Premium account. I introduce my credit account but it goes on telling me that the authentication process cannot be completed. My reference number is

Similar story here. I keep receiving emails that I need to complete my order, but I am unable.

When I open the link and enter card details (the number is saved I only need to enter security number) and when I do so I am asked to update my order, when I do that it is processing for a bit (it says "Customer Authentication" and Processing order) and then it goes to a page where it says:
Please complete your purchase now
It seems that the authentication process for your Avira purchase was not completed
