    Hello,

    Did you purchase your license in the Avira Online Shop or from Apple in the App Store?
    If it was purchased in the Avira Online Shop, it should be displayed in your Avira customer account and can be installed from there.
    The next possibility: if the license was purchased in the App Store, please check your Apple customer account. We do not have access to it.
    With the purchase confirmation and Ref number should be the email address with the already activated license to check. If there is no purchased license in the Avira account, only the Free version, no license can be installed.
