If your account is accidentally deleted, you can log in to Avira with a new account. Normally, you will still have the access data, your email address and the reference number of your licence are on the invoice. Important: a proof of purchase.
With these data, your licence can be found. Please contact the community (without your personal important data) and only tell them that you would like to have your licence searched. Afterwards you will receive an e-mail from the support team, the exact procedure and the necessary documents will then be requested by e-mail from the support team. The community is open to the public - in accordance with the German Data Protection Regulation GDPR, no personal data may be processed here.If it happens to you, let us know, and we will try to help. Otherwise, you know there is a way to avoid having to purchase a new licence.
