    Please let us know if your license is registered in your Avira account.
    If the license was purchased in the Avira online shop, it will be activated immediately upon purchase to the email address you used when placing the order.

    Only if it is displayed in your customer account, you can install the activated license from your Avira customer account.
    This feedback is important and the exact name of your purchased license.
    With this information we will check the condition of your license. Thank you for your understanding.

    No. I bought it from Apple store. it is paid, but not works. We try to solve it, you sent me to Apple, but they support cant help me and sent me again to you. By they information is it seem your system doesnt take data from Apple. But they cant to do anything with it.
