biometric recognition

Hi, I entered the biometric recognition in the password manager app it works for one day but afterwards it asks me to enter the user and password and obviously does not fill in the fields with the credentials to access the websites etc.

  • Used operating system incl. version
  • Details about your used Avira version
  • Screenshot or exact wording of the error message which you receive
